    Safe passage should not prevent RGA or Pillage. I often invite a Fascist ally to pillage my Amorphous or Anarchic natives. Or a Rebel ally to RGA to increase native happiness or remove dead mines.

    No bug. The Borg starbase #14 recycled Firecloud #126 that turn. He did not have enough fuel on the planet to save it, so he recycled it to deny you the capture.

    Interesting bug. I notice s85 becomes a ghost before sb210 attempts to repair it. I wonder if the repair function is confused by this and causes the ship to be teleported back to the base?

    I just renewed my membership & noticed that bitcoin is an option. I don't know when it was implemented, but this suggestion should probably have been marked complete.

    That was from VGAP4 wasn't it? Planets.nu is based on VGAP3, not 4

    Right - you always need multiples of 9 supplies for alchemy, regardless of the FC.
    I don't think this is a bug because:
    1. It is the same as in thost (but not phost.)
    2. The UI correctly reports how many minerals will be produced.

    @Whisperer yes this only applies to non-premium players. It still differs from "computer blitz", where non-premium players can upgrade the homeworld (only) to tech 10.
