BUG: Alchemy not correctly transforming supplies
Not sure if this bug is the same as Bug: Incorrect alchemy fuel calc because my alchemy does not move and has 1 kt of fuel.
When the FC is set to alm, ald or alt adding 300 kt supplies so the next turn you get 100 kt of a mineral shows:
+99 in the UI for the given mineral;
-297 in the UI for the supplies.
Next turn the Alchemy ship only produces 99kt of the given mineral.
This bug is reproduced for all numbers that are multiple of 3 (but not multiple of 9).

Merlin Alchemy works as documented. This is not a bug, and should be closed.

Right - you always need multiples of 9 supplies for alchemy, regardless of the FC.
I don't think this is a bug because:
1. It is the same as in thost (but not phost.)
2. The UI correctly reports how many minerals will be produced.
