Bug: Game 23669: Sinatra's Keep not ending with Victory conditions met
The countdown started correctly on turn 154.
On turn 157 the countdown reset to 5 turns, and has been stuck at 5 turns through to the current turn (160). Victory conditions have been met the entire time.1 vote -
Get the change email address working
I have changed ISP's, and it seems that support can not change my original email address to the new ISP email address, they tried one time, and it worked the first day, then it went back to the original email address, I am currently unable to receive game emails, or game messages, because the old provider, and disabled my old email address :(

Problem:I have a game 47482 that did not load properly and won;t let me play it. I don't see any other way to notify you other than this.
Tried to join 47482 but there was an issue and my system hung. Now I can not play or see the game but it shows on my game list. Also, one new game below it on the list says there is a problem displaying the game on my rating page.

Evil Empire and beginner games
It appears that the Nu is trying everything in their power to make the Evil Empire rely on diplomacy to take out the privateers.
I disagree with this. It is bad enough that the Evil Empire does not have anything sufficiently powerful to counter the privateers with. For this reason, I propose that the Evil Empire should NEVER start next to the privateers in beginner games

All my games have disappeared!
Suddenly all my games have disappeared under my profile - both my running games and my training games.
All other data has also disappeared - my experience and achievements - leaving nothing but a blank profile.
When I search for my games I can see, that I'm not kicked from the games.
Please fix and let me return to my games.

Bug: Ship Notes revert after re-entering turn
Went into a turn to edit some Planet & Ship notes, and exited. On re-entering the turn later, the Ship note edits seem to have reverted back, while Planet notes are fine.

BUG: Cannot build TOPAZ class Gunboats
It would seem that I can't build the TOPAZ class Gunboats I purchased....this game should be a Campaign game.

The game as having some balancing issues.
In beginner's game, wave after wave of gorbie carrier's (deathstars) were nearly invincible for me even with super dreadnoughts in fleet.
Validation email never worked!

BUG: ships do not build in cue while playing on an iPad (New game)
I've found playing on an iPad enjoyable, but ships are not building in the starbase despite being shown as 'building'. Being a new game, I don't see how ship builds could be limited at this point. Perhaps it's the iPad. I hope a fix is at hand soon as I really do enjoy the game thus far using this device.

BUG: Ship with Warp 9 moves only 1 ly.
Hi,
The problem in my game. Ship #125 set waypoint 80.9ly to planet 340 and speed at warp9 but it moves only 1 ly ( x1564 y2353 to x1565 y 2354). In game: 54847: Part Ofyour World Sector.
The ship is in a ion storm at voltage 89 direktion nearly the same as the ship.

BUG: Ship cargo transfer screen not working
56708: Banshee's Planet Sector
Ship cargo transfer screens do not react when hitting the transfer arrows.
if i select another object and the ship again, the cargo is there. Host processes it good. But it's very annoying.
Bug has been around for several weeks now, not all of the ships are affected .. with and without greasemonkey activated.
With greasemonkey activated it now gives me even a validation error.Using FF19 x64 and the 'old system'

BUG: Fights against Ru30 Gunboats
This turn I have had my first fight against some Gunboats ... 25 of them or so ...
But it looks to me as if there are one or two bugs in the fights. The situation:
Fight 1 against Red 5 #118:
Round 1: My ship has at the beginning 47 torps ... at the end 42 torps. 5 fired. Against the 5 gunboats.
Round 2: My ship starts with 31 Torps (why that?) ... and has at the end 26. 5 fired. Against the 4 gunboats.
Round 3: Starting with 15 (where are the other 11??) ... and has…1 vote -
BUG @ play: Chunnel function freezes the ship screen

When trying to use the chunnel button, it freezes the ship screen of all ships on the same spot - the only way to get out is the 'next' button.
when selecting another ship (s) then, the chunnel line will appear and the ships are working again.play, FF20, windows

The Mechwarriors 2 Mercenaries soundtrack would be a good addition to the music library. I was told it is in the public domain now and can be easily ripped from the CD.

Bug: 58559: Ice Planet Sector: Empire of the bird
The empire of the birds came to a planet I colonized, and the Loki did not uncloak, and i was wondering if the Lokis were turned off in this game. The Loki was on the planet for turns 24, 25 and 26, and on turn 26 they had dropped clans, taken over the planet and dissapeared.

can you just add the old forum headers to the top of the activity screen for now. let uses post bugs,strategy,chat etc in different activity feed areas ? that appers to me to be a simple fix for now. you can then work on the over all inprovements you want while you make the activity area useable.

Password reset security token bug
Issue: New planets login mechanism will not accept existing username/password from the old site.
Browser: Chome 26.0.1410.64 m (latest)
Attempted to reset password. Email received, however when following the link to (http://planets.nu/#/start/resetpassword) the password reset page and entering a new password the following error occurs:
"Invalid Security Key"
Browser console indicates the following error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
Should be a simple fix. If you need more information please let me know.

I signed up for the Upgrade and it wont connect to my game, any suggestion?
You fix the login. I upgraded to the game and now I'm blocked out. I have four friends that want to continue our game but were blocked. I payed the $30 dollars for memebership and I'm still blocked out. The friend that I'm playing the game with will not be joining until the problem is fixed.
