Notes not reset upon ship destruction
This bug has existed for a year and has been pointed out numerous times. This happens for planets that change hands, but for some reason notes do not disappear when a new ship is assigned to a ship ID#.

Fix the tech 11+ bug
It is possible to upgrade a starbase that already has a tech 10 to beyond tech 10... at least as an shareware user.

Ships at a damage >100%
Ships originally owned by Lizards don't explode when given to another player (gsX or captured in fight):

GSX, Force a Surrender, Capture by Combat or Tow Capture of a Lizard ship with damage >= 100% by a non lizard player will result in the destruction of the ship.

Mine field preview not updating on the fly when jettisoning Torpedoes
- Set mission to Lay Webs or Lay Mines
- Note the mine field preview displays the mine field to be created
- Jettison some torpedoes from the cargo hold

Mine field preview should adjust accordinglyActual Result:
Mine field preview does not change.Workaround: Toggling missions or re-selecting Lay Mines / Webs will display the new correct field.
