make starbases safe from ionstorms
It would significantly help logistical problems during ionstorms if ships that are stationed at a starbase are "anchored" there -- so they would not be moved or damaged by the ion storm.

Make it possible to login
I can no longer login. At the new page, it seems my login credentials was forgotten. I did a password recover but when I want to change password it just hangs and there is noway I can login. need help

Please make sound optional
You currently have added new music to the background of the game client. For me, and I imagine a few others, this defeats my ability to do other things while pondering my turns, because of the music blaring out of my headphones. I'd really like to see a simple "on/off" sound, and if you want to be fancy a volume button.

BUG - Lower id ships can break tow no matter his warp speed.
Situation:
Ship id#1 - Transwarps but his warp set to 1,two engines and more than 25kt fuel
Ship id#2 - Transwarp and his warp set to 9, two engines and more that 25kt fuel.
Both of them in the same spot. Ship #1 has his mission set to explore and his waypoint 4 ly to the left. Ship #2 has his mission set to tow and his wp 86ly to the right. The result after host run is that ship #2 has towed ship#1 and they are 81ly to the right side.
This is correct.
Second situation:

bug - free ship components
In http://planets.nu/games/37242, which is a 1-on-1 blitz game in the blitz tournament, I have been seeing free ship components appear in 10s at my starbase. This all started once I've built my first Nova and built 10 mk7 tubes for it, and the 10 tubes did not get depleted after that. I believe I'm seeing this happen for other components at this point as well.

BUG: 38376: Kzoz System - Orders disappeared
Same as BUG: 37978: Ice Planet System - Orders disappeared
No orders processed at all, but the Star base mysteriously has a LDSF hull and two transwarps (which I built), even though it is incapable of building them currently (was during my orders...). It appears that 3 other players were possibly affected.

Save Ship Config As Template for StarBases
When We are ordering a Ship Build at a StarBase, having the posibility to Save Ship Config As Template.
Then being able to use that, at other StarBases (and other Turns) to order a build from a Ship Template (al long as we meet the minimum tech requirements at the given StarBase)1 vote -
Ship selection screen bugged
The ship selection screen for when you perform a tow/intercept mission, or transfer cargo, is bugged, sometimes to the point where you cannot effectively micromanage your cargo and/or missions.

tell us the days of week game will host after the quick start from turn 1.
Would like to know what days of the week game is going to host after 15 days at turn 1.

Th new website cannot be opened on an iPad (installed with IOS5).
It would be very nice to have access to the website from both computers and portable devices.

Bug: 37978: Ice Planet - 2 players dropped for missing 3 turns, on turn 2.
First turn of the game, and it looks like 2 players got dropped for missing 3 turns in a row. (That's what it says in the history) Not sure if they failed to put in their first turn or not.
Also no commands were accepted or implemented for 3 other players.
No player is showing they missed any turns.

Evaluate the game balance related to "upgrade".
I just played a single player game and it came down the computer having one planet. But the computer had tech levels I could not achieve. I lost 10 of my highest tech ships to a single ship, inflicted less than 5% damage on the last go. And the computer had 20 more.
I doubt I could even win after the computer ran out of resources.

"X/Y Turns" text on games list
On the "My Games" page, add a small piece of text indicating how many turns are in/not.
I find myself constantly clicking the game link to see whether it is close to running or not. This is the only piece of information I want from that screen.

Stealth Game Option - Hiding game statistics
I would like to see an optional game where we get no intel on the other races activities except for what we learn in game.
This would mean the following would be hidden from all players:
military score.
planet count
ship count
starbase count
player ranking in the gameThe ship limit would still apply, you just wouldn't know when it would come. You also wouldn't know an opponents military strength except by in game intel, such as explosion reports you get in game. Have an option so that show connections in the starmap is on by default
It can be difficult to recognise what planets you are looking at, but the connections show the "constellations" which instantly recognisable. Trouble is, it is constantly turned off by various actions and the clear key x. I would like an option for it to stay on!

Add a Quick-Tick-Box for Starbases
It would be nice if we could have both checkboxes for starbases and planets when in the planet screen and vice versa.
especially in the mid and endgame, when you have 50+ star bases, you only need to manage the border bases and those in front of the build queue.
being able to quickcheck the 'unimportant' bases from the planet view would speed up the gameplay while still having the checkbox feature

Weird ETA causes problems
According to capnkill, the UI has hiccups regarding handling distant planets.
For example, you attempt to arrive at the planet, and the UI thinks you are going to arrive there in one turn, yet you barely end your movement outside the warpwell.
On top of this, if you attempt to experiment with the warp wells when traveling to the planet makes the UI think it is 1 turn, you may find out that you have to travel 81+ ly in any case (making the UI think 2 turns is needed). You really have to check the actual distance traveled to… more

Supser Spy should indicate that you remain cloaked in the description
It might not be obvious to new users.
