I would like to note that some people I play team games with, we use external shared note programs to develop our intentions and moves so not everyone completely relies on the ingame messaging system to coordinate their efforts.

Yeah I would like to see player planets and possibly even ships included to match the colors in the pie charts. I think it would make viewing a lot easier.

Even having just a circular map would make more sense then a square, just in my opinion.

Wouldn't this allow for birds to superspy and steal torps from your base providing there are a stock there and the tubes be of the same class?
30$ a year isn't bad i think either. Especially when you start comparing to any other subscription based game.
Eventually when the game addons become available I can see allowing tech 10 for all and making all addon upgrades premium only stuff. Or maybe making tech 8-10 equipment 10-25% more expensive, for non-premium players.
