Massive meteors
first, thanks Joshua for "No more massive meteors in blitz games."
second, i have a suggestion regarding those massive meteors in game play.
specifically, when those massive meteors do hit a planet, it is entirely appropriate that the planet core concentration of all the minerals be raised, sometimes by quite a bit. there are multiple ways to implement this idea.
first, increase the core concentration by 50% of the difference between the current extraction rate and 100%, the current maximum extraction rate.
second, as above but add a minimum increase of 0.1 % [that is, a plus one percent per 1000 added minerals, rounded.] now, you may say, "But that raises the issue of the extraction rate (may) go over 100 %." my response is, "so what." Nu currently allows the extraction rate to display three digits now, so why not use them.
