Make sure that players can't join a game with two accounts
This game should track the user's last ten different IP addresses with date and store that in the database. More than one is necessary because some ISPs dynamically change IPs on a regular basis. If two accounts with the same IP address join the same game then an alert should be sent to the mods to look over the game to make sure everything is fair and square.

It has been established that players with the same IP address are not necessarily the same user. Thanks to NAT (used in most home and SOHO routers), it's not unusual for family members or coworkers to share the same IP address. Thanks to CG-NAT (used in many ISPs), it's possible for completely unrelated people in the same geographical area to have the same IP address.
IP Address checking alone is not enough. Even if this is used as an "indicator", the Admin time is quite valuable, and probably shouldn't be wasted in this manner.
We need better tools for identification of dual-account players, and IP address logging should be part of those tools (accessible by Admins only), but they shouldn't be the trigger.

I understand your concern and agree with the reason you want to do this. I do however disagree with this unless the moderators fully investigate. The two main reasons are that I am just getting my sons involved and they will be playing from possibly the same computer and definately the same IP address. This could also happen with co-workers who share internet servers.
