Allow a Game Host to eject players from games they Host
It would be useful if a Game Host could eject players from games they Host. In order to reduce the chances of abuse, the ejection would have to happen within the first turn or two of when the player enters the game.
This would be most useful to keep "droppers" and known multi-account players out of the game. A password is inadequate for this task, as it can't be changed, and a player wanting to "stack the deck" in their favor could easily provide the password to a "friend".
It is my belief that Game Hosts would greatly appreciate the ability to limit players in this manner.

I'd go a bit further - host should be allowed to eject a player at any time, not just in first few turns.
But we still need better control of who can join in the first place. Maybe a password per slot?

Being ejected from a game should have no impact on the player's Tenacity.
Also, if a player is ejected from a game, it might be a good idea for it to not show up on the player's public game history.
